Spa Policies

A few rules and regulations that you should know when visiting my spa

01. Payments

I accept all major credit cards, Google Wallet and cash. Personal checks are accepted from repeat clients. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee. If I receive a returned check, I will no longer be able to accept your checks in the future and you must pay via other options offered above.

03.  Gift certificates

Gift certificates can be used toward any service and/or product and will expire within 1 year of the purchase date.

05. Visiting Rules

No additional guests, including relatives and children of any age, are allowed in the spa during your treatment. The only exception is a teenage client, accompanied by one parent.  This is for the safety of all concerned and also to minimize distractions, so that you are relaxed and so that I may give you my full attention.

02. Gratuity

Since I work for myself, I don’t expect tips. All my charges are final: no hidden costs.

If you like my service, your referrals will be most appreciated and rewarded.

04. Personal hygiene

Since I have only one treatment room, it is essential that all clients practice good personal hygiene before arriving at my spa.  As a courtesy to the next client, please make sure your underarms are clean and deodorant is applied.  Your shoes also need to be odor-free as well.  Individuals who fail to follow these guidelines may be blocked from making any future appointments.

06. Rescheduling policy

Each «no show» or late cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will incur a $25 rescheduling fee for a first time late cancellation, $50 for a second time late cancellation, and a $100 for any further late cancellations.. The rescheduling fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.
You do not have to pay the rescheduling fee if you do not wish to reschedule. There will be no hard feelings, we still will be friends, and you will simply have to find another esthetician ( I do have some great recommendations for organic skin care practitioners).
Since I see only two clients a day, the spot you reserve costs me more than a $25 rescheduling fee (such as lost half of the income for that day, distilled water and essential oils in the steamer, fresh towels in the towel warmer, A/C, pre-mixing masks, pre-melting wax, and other fixed expenses).
Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.
I reserve the right to cancel our appointment if you’re 15 or more minutes late and I can see that we don’t have enough time to accomplish our treatment. In this case, the same cancellation fee will be applied.
